You can ask a general question on most things by Text message using your mobile phone. This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

I can answer general questions about:
- My famous Lemon Diet and how to take it where to buy it etc.
- My Kaava Recipe if you missed it on my show.
- How to reduce facial hair.
- Remedy for acne.
- Where to see and buy anything you may have heard me talk about on my show.

If you have more specific questions I suggest you contact me by telephone especially if I might need to ask lots of questions about your personal condition. You have been warned.

To use this service you need to follow these instructions very carefully otherwise your text will not reach me but you will still be charged. You MUST only use your own mobile to text.

All text messages must start with the word: HEALTH then your name and your e-mail address, followed by your question. I will e-mail you my home remedy normally within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Only one question may be asked in each text message.

Checklist:
1. Text message MUST start with the word HEALTH
2. Followed by your name
3. Followed by a valid e-mail address (IMPORTANT: Double check before sending)
4. Followed by your question

Please note: I may ask you to call me if I need more information about your requirement.

Your Text message should look something like this EXAMPLE:
